(Houston - July 14, 2008) Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE:PAA) today announced a cash distribution of $0.8875 per unit ($3.55 per unit on an annualized basis) on all of its outstanding limited partner units. The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2008, to holders of record of such units at the close of business on August 4, 2008. The distribution represents an increase of approximately 6.9% over the quarterly distribution of $0.83 per unit paid in August 2007 and an increase of approximately 2.6% over the May 2008 distribution of $0.865 per unit. This constitutes the 17th consecutive increase in quarterly distributions for the Partnership and the 24th increase in the last thirty quarters.
The Partnership also reiterated its goal of increasing year-over-year cash distributions in 2008 by $0.25 to $0.30 per unit which, based on the 2007 distribution exit rate of $3.36 per unit, equates to an annualized distribution level of $3.61 to $3.66 per unit in November 2008. This goal represents a year-over-year increase of approximately 7.4% to 8.9% over the November 2007 distribution.
Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. is a publicly traded master limited partnership engaged in the transportation, storage, terminalling and marketing of crude oil, refined products and liquefied petroleum gas and other natural gas related petroleum products.
